Bio Sketch
Dr Vijayashree Yellappa is a medical doctor specialized in Public Health and she has a fellowship in HIV medicine. Her PhD focused on the strategies to optimize the involvement of private practitioners in Tuberculosis (TB) care in India. She is currently working as Fellow at the National Institution for Transforming India, the premier policy Think Tank of India. She is a member of National Technical Working Group – National TB Elimination Programme, India. Currently she is assisting the Government of India to develop and implement governance and regulatory arrangements for managing private sector service delivery.
